you might have some luck on the brembo kit if IND is running a black friday sale, you may want to keep an eye on the website. pole position seats dont really go "on sale", keep any eye on recaro-amx on ebay he may discount some parts. everything else on your list just look on the facebook m3 owners group as parts are always coming up for sale.

are they the only reasonable vendor for remaned TAs? combination of ^ and the EAE lab stuff makes me not thrilled to deal with them when the time comes.

Just reach out to rebuild.org.uk. I got mine from Jason at rebuild.org.uk, took a week to receive the units and another week for my core refund. Easy peasy and speedy through Jason.
