Wanted: e46 M3. ZCP, 6spd, coupe, Low miles, fastidious maintenance

Hi folks, after owning 3 e46 M3's over the years, I want to get back into one. This car will be a keeper, so am willing to pay up for the right one.
Ideally would be a ZCP Coupe
6 speed manual, preferably factory manual car.
No accidents, paintwork or bodywork, corrosion, etc.
Low miles, ideally under 60k.
Interesting colors would be great (IG/Cin, grey/imola, alpine/cin/imola, etc).
OCD owner who is fastidious about maintenance a must. Ideally big 3 are addressed.
Ex EAG cars are highly welcomed!
I'm located in Houston Texas, but am open to cars out of state.
Budget up to $65k or so.
Thanks!
Jake G

Good luck with any EAG examples having any of the big 3 done. They are more or less deniers of these issues.

In my experience with them, yes. I spoke to them a couple years ago about a couple of their E92s that piqued my interest and asked about the rod bearings and TAs. They basically gave me a generic it's not necessary and even suggested that opening up the engine to change the rod bearings would devalue the car. I've also never seen any mention in their E46 sale descriptions about the big 3 items being done. Only talk about their world class rejuvenation process, lol. Others may have a different experience so take mine for what it's worth. I have nothing against them and would still consider buying from them given their often choice examples, but I have no expectations that they would proactively address these items.
