Need More Opinions

Just went into the Bimmer Dealership today to check on the order of my car. We realized that getting the Competition Package would be about the same price as getting the stock 19's with the EDC.
I am a little hesitant to get the comp pkg just because I have not yet seen these wheels in person, and almost every other m3 you see has those a-la-carte 19's.
The thing I do like about the 19's that aren't in the comp pkg is their brightness.

Anyways...Just wondering what people think about the wheels in the comp pkg.

I have the 19" wheel and standar EDC, go with the comp package, I really like the wheels, you can always get them powdercoated, and you get a better version of EDC, I say go for it

You can always pick up some stock 19s for about 1,900 on the board, and probably sell the comp wheels to come out even (although that would leave you with less wheel width and a bit less rubber). In any case, you can easily change the wheels, the drop, EDC, and MDM enhancements cannot be done after the fact.

No doubt. Or just straight trade someone - plenty of people with the standard 220Ms would love to swap for the 359Ms I am sure.

Less wheel width, but both wheels wear the same width rubber from the factory. 359M can accomodate wider rubber, but I am pretty sure people have put wider rubber on the 220M as well. I would definitely take the wider wheel though, yes, just because it will probably wear the wider rubber better. But I believe the limiting factor for tire width, even with the 220m, is clearance issues (though spacers may help alleviate that) and not wheel width.
