TVA Mosfet Replacement

Has anyone here done an S65 TVA mosfet replacement yet, in lieu of actually replacing the TVA itself (when replacing the gears doesn't solve limp mode, because the damage has extended beyond just the worn gears)?

It probably wouldn't be the hardest thing to do and all, however considering time to access and remove the actuators, the time for solder removal & installation on the PCB, and price of misc. parts/tools purchased--I'd think that replacing with new unit; which won't have the risk of another failure (plenty of potential to goof up while repairing/working on the PCB) would seem plenty appealing

In short, I haven't done the specific repair you're asking about, but with limited experience working with solder and desolder you should be able to tackle without too much hiccup.
