Nice run by the two black M3's. You guys were really fast and smooth. Be safe.

So did the weather hold out on Sunday? Any lap times to report back.
Didn't take as many pictures as I hoped, and used the point and shoot, so quality was down. The white E30 with the wing won the race after a long battle with the black E46 next to it in the top picture of the start of the race. The E46 took the lead, and then spun off, and then tried to come back onto track in front of half the field, so the marshals had a talk with him

Overall it was a pretty good event! The green group was pretty small so there was almost no traffic...except for a couple of M3s that got in my way
Nice meeting and talking to everyone! Same here!

I really didn’t know what to expect going into this but it was very well organized and everyone from the instructors to the drivers/students were really cool and made the event a lot of fun. I feel like I learned a lot and got quite a bit faster. On the second day my instructor asked if I wanted to take my check ride so I did and graduated to Blue for the next session. I’ll leave the friendly trash talk out, unless someone else starts it, Flav, but overall it everyone in my group did pretty well.

Jeremy - Glad you enjoyed the weekend, and that I didn't have to give your rocket sled the point-by Flav on the the other hand, went around me on the 3rd session and then went off into the sunset.

Edit: when I went off. I was doing my Check Session for Blue Group. bahahahahaha As far as TWS. I had a blast. I got super fast by the end of it and other than going off the track. I got close to running out of gas so I ended my final session a bit early. I learned soo much though. Going into the event I was a bit choppy and I learned how to be real smooth and carry momentum. Even when I was off my line after a pass or something I still learned how to keep it smooth and relatively fast. I enjoyed the people there and the old friends I got to see again. I cant wait to do this again. I also can wait to bring the new stuff I learned to MSRH and see the difference. ( Richard, next MSRH event you got open. Id like a go & and will need the Solo to shut a few haters up ) |

It would have been nice to line up the faster drivers in the front or get the lap timer working. Next time we go I'll be sure to have data logging capabilities.
So fun - I'm going to go find the next DE and sign up
