Looks like a bad coolant temp sensor. Take it to the dealer they will know exactly what to do with this.
The second code for thermostat monitoring is most likely just a result of the voltage on the Coolant Temp Sensor being out of range...... this is nothing to be alarmed about. |

It has been 6 years. Have you ever visited to dealer yet?

I had that one. Replaced my thermostat and has not come back. It's been several months now. I used to get it 2-3 times a month before that. When doing the job of replacing the thermostat, might as well do the sensor, too. It's really cheap and about 5 mins extra labor.

Had this a few months back and replaced both the thermostat and sensor although I suspect the sensor was at fault. What I noticed is that the sensor builds up some kind of crud from byproducts in the coolant which artificially alters the resistance of the sensor and hence you can this intermittent error. The sensor itself is very easy, but you might as well get the thermostat too. Just be careful of getting the fuel rail off carefully..
