I'm not sure I consider it an "upgrade" yet. To me...a FI 6 cylinder...is a downgrade at the moment.
I'd also be curious to see what they base price is at. I went from the E46 M (48'ish) to the E92 (58'ish). If the new ones base jumps another 10K......I dunno. I love the M, but their badging everything ///M, and a price hike like that...may have me looking at something else. Or...most likely just keeping my E92...since...it's a beast...and I love it.

Upgrade, as long as it's not the same motor as the 1M.

I plan on keeping my E92, though.
