Earlier when I posted the offset I was incorrect. The offset is 15mm front and 15mm rear.

I am a bit confused here because my vendor has sent me some links of other M3 owner's whom also has the Z20 rims with the 245 35 20 front tires. Apparently they don't have any issues with rubbing. Which I do not understand considering mine does. I've also spoken to Gavin at Tire Rack and he said that the 245 35 20 will not fit my car and recommended 245 30 20. But he said since I'm running 275 30 20 in the rear, I should get 255 30 20 in the front instead to maintain the proper setup. I guess we'll find out tomorrow since my new tires finally arrived and I'm gonna get them installed tomorrow.

The vendor has been very generous when they heard about the problem. They have offered to pay for my fender rolling ($70). I bought these rims because it was supposed to be a direct fitment to my car so I wouldn't have to roll the fenders. Honestly, I don't think this is enough to compensate me considering all the issues I've been having with my car. I have damages to my inter liner of my wheel well and now I have an extra set of front tires that I can not return to Tire Rack. This is a brand now car I was excited to drive around but instead of that, it's been sitting in my garage

So did you end up getting 255/30/20? which brand??

Most 255/30/20 set up(depending offset)will ALSO have same issue as 245/35/20.

M3 wheel wall is VERY VERY tight about overall diameter.
Unless you got skinner brand like Invo, you will have exact same issue with 255/30/20 rubbing against the rear part of wheel wall.

Finally!!

245 35 20 tires do not fit an E92 M3 (I guess depending on the offset). I just got my car back after getting new tires 255 30 20 and there is no rubbing what so ever. Finally I can drive my car again!!

It just sucks that I had to waste so much extra money just to get rims..

Hopefully, you can find someone to buy the tires and recover some of it.

Yeah, hopefully I can sell them but I won't get the money back for mounting and balancing the tires twice..

So it was the wrong tire size after all...

Glad to see that you figured it out for yourself.

Good luck with the sale of the 245/35/20 tire.

Yea, that money is gone forever...

But hey, at least you learned a valuable lesson.

Just for the record, I am not blaming Euro-Dyne for this issue. I am still amazed at the great service I got from these guys. Jo from Euro-Dyne has great customer service. My shipment arrived earlier then I thought it would just like he promised. There were nothing wrong with the rims. He replied to all my emails in a timely fashion considering I had a bunch of them and I wasn't even sure if I was going to get the rims. Even after I found out that I had the issues with my tires. Jo contacted me and extended his services to me by compensating me for it. Not many vendor's would have such a great post customer service like they do. I will continue ordering more stuff from them. At the moment I'm actually ordering my CF side gills from him.

All I have to say is great place and service!!

Rubbing on the inner fender liner is always a too aggressive offset / too tall overall diameter tire issue. I had the same issue on my E46 M3. You need to be very careful when selecting your front tire overall diameter and keep it as close to OEM as possible.

At low speeds? Could be the diff that sounds exactly like rubbing. Have you had the diff oil changed recently?

Unless it's a rock in your brake rotor shield, the diff is the most likely answer. Many have had the noise start after fluid replacement at 1,200. There is a SIB (read the thread I linked previously) that covers this.
