E90 M3 owner's manual. What's included?

Car I'm looking at purchasing does not have the owner's manual, claimed to have lost it during maintenance at the dealership. It's a 2011 E90 M3 ZCP with nav (if that makes any difference). A little OCD for not having it so I was wondering what's all included before I buy something from fleabay. Also what else should come with a "NEW" car so I know what to ask the previous owner (1st owner)? 2 keys?

Over here they come with a (leather?) folder incl 3 series manual, M3 complementary manual, service "book" and I believe sep entertainment manual. 2 keys for sure. Key thing: check maintenane performed.

If the car has Comfort Access and only one key, the second key (if you want one) will run you about $600 depending on how much the dealer charges to program it. And there's no alternative with CA.
