headliner question..

Is the headliner in the M3 the same material as a regular 3 series, only difference being is that its black?

top tip, putting a M3 headliner in your 325i doesn't make it an M3...just sayin'

i had a 328 and then an m3... i dont remember if the headliners were the same material or not... i think it is. but not sure. it certainly wasnt alcantara or anything special.

Not doing that, buying an M3 next month and wanted to know the interior differences to expect over my car. I hope owning one don't transform me into the arrogant prick you obviously are......just sayin'

OP the only difference is the color. I also believe the 08-09s had a softer texture than the later model years (don't quote me on it, I'm not entirely certain).
