Well, didn't learn anything since they don't import the H8 LED replacment into the US. It's gotten some negative reviews on brightness, anyhow. Still looking.

The wattages you quote are the stock wattages.

Im interested in doing the GP 8500k but what I would want to know is there a
way to make the Outer (Larger) Rings Light up just like the Inner (Smaller) Rings?
Even at some points and angles the Outer Rings don't look like they are lite at all

Is there anything I can do to make the Outer Rings Light up stronger just like the inner
Rings?

the simple answer is NO. it is very difficult to get equal illumination, LUX is one of the best for this, but it is not available for e92.

GP Thunder 8500 all the way. They are inexpensive and give results that are on par with expensive (overpriced) LED solutions.
