Talked to a few guys, they just bought seat belt extenders and tossed everything but the buckle.

Glad I saw this slicer , as I am putting a list together for the new E92 build. Going to contact Alex next week to get things going.

On that note, what do all of you have in terms of coding? I'm asking here, as the brake force display and now the seat belt warning light delete were both things I forgot about and pointed out by other track enthusiasts.
So far I have:

GTS DCT
Euro MDM
Turn off amber corner lights
Seatbelt warning light delete
Seatbelt chime disable for both driver and passenger seats
Gas warning changed to 1/8th
Wipers return to end position after engine is off
Alarm beep only on lock
GTS Brake Force Display (BFD2)

Glad you brought it to my attention. Had no idea this even existed.

I think you have mostly everything covered. Alex will provide with a menu of options. A couple I would add - auto up for Windows using remote. Auto folding mirrors when locking car - if you have folding mirrors

I have the GT-250 swan neck and it seems to have larger end plates than the standard one

I would for sure remove the iDrive warning menu screen
And if you will be running catless xpipe or aftermarket coilovers, get the increased emissions and edc errors coded out.
And not related to track stuff, but changing the 1 touch blinker from 3 to 5 or 6 blinks is a nice to have. Instantaneous MPG is another nice to have.

Am I alone in thinking the brake force display is most obnoxious? The regular cars that flash their brake lights every time ruined it for me. The Carly app will enable it along with removing the iDrive warning and other things.

Just look up "Corvette owner starter pack" on Google Images for more of these gems:

^^^ LOL. My default Corvette owner stereotype is: commercial airline pilot, aviator sunglasses, gold chain around the neck.

For Coding. I removed EDC, TPMS, speed limit, likely will remove airbag warning at some point as well since I switch seats a bunch.

I do not get the iDrive warning menu screen upon start up, so the previous owner must have had some light coding done.

Ah yes, the emissions and EDC errors coded out is a good call.

Isn't it only in effect when ABS initiates under very hard braking? If so, that's the rare time I would be okay with obnoxious lights...

My buddy instructed a new GS recently. Retired cop. Reached down to grab the microphone off the floor and grabbed his handgun instead. Never did get the guy to understand what track out meant.

I just bought a male clip on eBay. Just clip it in. I'm sure they have some for vettes...sold along side the seat belt extenders lol

This is brilliant! Thanks for bringing this up, will definitely be something to have coded. Going off assumptions it's only activated under hard braking. Congrats on #3!

*Stupid question* what happens to auto seat belt arm activation once fixed backs are in? You've got me thinking about all these little details now, but very important ones @ that. Thanks Apex

Your choice; you can leave in place or code out. I personally find those things useless and deleted them completely. The whole arm, motors, control unit, etc It saves a few lbs. I dremeled the end piece off the arm (the part of arm that is visible when retracted) and glued it do the inside of the side panel. It looks OEM and the opening is filled - despite the fact that everything is deleted behind it.

In my last session today, the variable redline suddenly started decreasing to 7500 for 10-15 seconds and then going back up and then decreasing again... the shift lights would stop being progressive and would just go straight to all flashing at the new lower reline.

There were no other warning lights that came on, no other weird indicators. I'm looking over my AIM data and it had max oil temps at 263, so not horrible. The AIM data is bad for the water temps... they say 404.4 all session every session :-/

Any ideas or have you experienced this before?

I haven't personally dealt with this, but redpriest has. It's a bad sensor causing a false reading.
Double check, but I believe it is the sensor on top of the water pump underneath the plenum neck.
