It wasn't for comparison, I was trying to isolate where the soft pedal was coming from, and I tried putting the stock pads back to see if that made a difference - and it did. It might possibly by the nubs on the back of the DS2500s making contact with the caliper body, I wasn't really checking the last time I had them out but will next time - though again, it looks like there is enough space and I'm just reaching for answers at this point. |

The OEM calipers will flex a bit. That's the problem with a sliding design like that.
