Awful Clicking noises while Breaking/Steering VIDEO SOLVED

Hello,

can anyone Help me searching for weeks now.

i have these clicking noises u can hear in the video.

already Replaced steering Rack screws and strut tower bearings.

all Arms and bushings are in good condition i think after testing it on stress table.

feels like becoming under stress while Braking and stress comes loose if turning steering wheel or driving round corners

First time good to hear at 1:30

Update:
Problem solved.

I loosed the screws of the trust arms today and retourqued then in loaded possition.

Noise was still present.

After that,
all Subframe Screws to bodyshell loosed and retourqued with lbsft and dergree Data from this +5 dergrees
Teflon spray to the steering rack internals under dustprotectors
teflon spray in the nivous Sensors small arm.
Brake Pads new grease and blow out dust and reassabled.

FINALY NOISE GONE

Sorry for the last Step so many different things nur after 2nd drivetest i was just full of hate and dont wana drive that piece of s**t so Quick after last test.

Did you follow the proper torquing procedures for the thrust arms? There is a special tool required during install on the thrust arms that loads it properly for transmission of power. I located it in New TIS when I was looking on day. Not properly torqued could cause this issue since the suspension is not loaded properly.

Tanks a Lot for the tip with the trust arms.

I had removed and cleaned the Aluminium plate when replaced the steering rack screws. Also i had retourqued all the Subframe Screws at this point.

Trust arms look like they are the first but i will check this as soon as i can.

I understood the torquing procedure so that i have to loose the screws then put the car on the wheels and retourque the screws to the subframe when full car wheight is on the wheels. Is that right?

Will make videos with other cam perspectives if that will not solve the Problem
