Just ordered 275/35/18 through tire rack. I'll be mounting them on Titan7 TD6. Apparently the 660's are tire rack exclusive until their contract ends with falken. I'll post some photos when it's mounted.

Because these tires run so wide would a 10.5" wheel be preferable? Or would a 10" wheel suffice

Interested in 911r question as well.

Also, are these loud as hell like an NT01 on the freeway?

Road noise doesn't seem to be anything noteworthy at full tread depth. I remember back in the day the yoko a032Rs used to get crazy loud near cording.

Right on, a little noise isn't the end of the world for track tires...so long as they aren't R888R loud.

No road noise that I can tell. I'm running 18x10 and 275/35 fits perfectly. You might want to run 295/30/18 however, they do not make this size yet.

Hot pressures are always so variable on setup and whatnot but try 32-35 psi range and see what you like. Weather will play a factor on first cold session so maybe start at like 28 and see how much they come up (they'll probably be too high when you come off) and if you just bleed them right when you come off first session to where you want you'll probably have them pretty stabilized the rest of the day.

Dang that's crazy! I know there's been a big rush on people buying Falkens everywhere but wow. What has Tire Rack said? (I would call) they usually have stronger stock and tracking of these things.

Anyone else disappointed with these tires? I ran a 285/30/18 setup at Chuckwalla a couple of weeks ago using 34psi hot and managed a 2:02.2. I then used my Hankook Z214's (C51) in 275/35/18 and managed a 1:58.7. Now, I realize that the RT660 should be slower than the Z214's but 3.5 seconds slower seems a bit too much. Was expecting more like 1.5-2 sec difference. My previous personal best was 2:05 on RS4's, but that was before I dropped 200lbs and before the repave (which, from my understanding, makes the track 1-2 seconds faster).

Ordered these(R19 OEM profile) off TireRack around Sep mid. The Rears were delivered Sep end and Fronts Oct beginning. They held up pretty well for a track day at Laguna Seca - weather was around 60F and had very light drizzle for one session.

As most folks say, they are very comparable to RE71R I had on before.
