AFAIK, I've been running the stock 33F/34R cold pressures. If there is something more optimal, I'm open to hearing the benefits. This is strictly for street-use. I need a pancake compressor at home so I can actually get an accurate cold reading. Driving to the gas station, even if just a mile, warms the tire.

I've been looking into portable compressors like the Milwaukee M12 or the new Rigid Inflator as a mobile alternative. I tried the EPAuto 12v but it was junk.

Finding available MP4S in the 255/275 size is always a PIA. It’s always a piecemeal process from 2-3 distributors for full msrp. Supply is tedious, in hindsight I would have gone with squared 18 set up for pricing and availability.

I run 36F 37R with 255/275

With 275/30/19 square I run 37 on all 4.

Why do 90% of people upsize to 255/275?

I'd like to upgrade to 4S, and run OEM sizes (245/265), but also comfort is a top priority…

Will the upsized tires be noticeably more comfortable on horrendous inner city roads?

You'll get a tad bit more sidewall to absorb bumps in the road. Upgraded to 255/275 Conti Extremecontact Sport and like the extra bit of dampening. Great grip too, just make sure you get an alignment.
