Previous owner tempered with ZCS. Is retrieval of original ZCS possible w/ vin #?

Hey guys, sorry this isn't M3 related, but still useful to know for any BMW owners.

I bought a 2001 E38 about a month ago. Looks to me like the previous owner played with coding without knowing what he was doing.

ROOT CAUSE: I had the trifecta and decided to replace my ABS module, then use NCSexpert to code it on my car.

THE PROBLEM: My E38 has DSC, and when I select the E38 chassis in NCSexpert, the option to code the DSC isn't there... which should be "DSC5" based on the diy I have. But I only see ASC5 present, not DSC or DSC5.

WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR: Inpa or NCSexpert are able to pull up my correct vin number, but it looks to me like the previous owner somehow deleted the DSC functions, or copied a ZCS # from another car and didn't realise the car didn't had DSC... or something of that nature. I used BMW decoder 3.0 to punch in my current ZCS number (especially the SA #), and option 214 and 210 are grouped together for some reason (Automatic Stability Control / DSC from MY98) is selected and active, which is a bit weird... See image below.

My plan was to pull my original ZCS # (SA) which should technically have the DSC option active and ASC inactive, then reprogram the module simply using my original ZCS. Problem is, I don't have access to my original ZCS #, as my car is post 98'. Most BMW vin checker show a complete options list when you punch in your vin, so I wondered if one of these website gave you the original ZCS # of your car...which is most likely what they're using to pull up the correct options list on every car...? Doesn't look like any of them do unfortunately. Unless you guys know one?

My question is at this point, is there any way to get my hands on my original ZCS # ?
