Wheel fit question. Please

Hi guys will a 19x11.5 ET+44 and keeping a stretched 265 I guess tire although will replace with a 275 once done as anything wider I’m sure it won’t work.

Anyhow the wheel calculators say that it will be aprox 40mm closer to the hub. I have no idea how much room there is. I have a line on a set of beauties but the they were made for a m4

Might fit with a spacer but that setups all wrong and a 275 on an 11.5" rim? Why?

It’s just such a good deal. And I felt 295 would definitely rub... so 275 is all that I thought might make it work. Over all it’s not gonna work out it seems.

I think it would be an extremely close fitment indeed. Here's why: I'm running an 11X18 rim with ET 44 and a 12mm spacer which gives an effective offset of 32mm on the rear axle with a 295/35R18 Michelin PSS. The tire sidewall is about 10 mm from the rear shock absorber body as seen in the photos below. At full suspension droop the tire rim protector just touches the subframe also seen in the photos below.

The inner edge of your 11.5 inch wide wheel with ET 44 would be ~18mm closer to the rear shock body than my set up *if you didn't use a spacer* and the outer edge of your rim would be about 6mm more inboard than mine - see photos below.

IF the tire you mount does not have a rim protector you may get lucky but then again you might not. Using at least a 18mm spacer would be advisable which would give an effective ET of 26. With an 18mm spacer the outer edge of the rim and tire would move outwards by 6mm (when compared to my set up) so the outer tire sidewall might possibly rub the fender liner over bumps. See all photos below.

Consider posting a few pics of what wheel size solution you end up going with - that works for your lowered condition - as that knowledge will also help others. The forum has an "Aggressive Fitment" thread if you need any more information.

Will do .I’m about to order a set of staggered 19 .. fr 9.5 et22 and rear 10.5 et22

The wheels I was asking about won’t work in the rear so I’m passing on those. It sucks as they were BNIB niche 2 price forged that would be 4500 CAD for 1800 cash..... as steal of a price
