Thanks to iND (Ryan), I was able to pick up a new in box Fall-Line Motorsports rear seat delete kit. I'm not sure how many of these have been made by Fall-Line, but I know they're very difficult to find. I didn't have time to install today (maybe not even this weekend) but the attention to detail on this piece is insane. I'll see if I can weigh it, but the whole kit with hardware feels less than 8-10lbs.
Looking at the finished product I'm surprised that Fall-Line would even take the time to create it with such a small amount being made. Granted it's not a super technical piece, most shops won't take on numbers without large minimum orders. |

I just got around to installation today. Unfortunately, it turns out that one of the main pieces of the kit was missing. The kit was new in box, so I'm not sure what happened or how it vanished. Oh well. I'm not sure what the proper name of the part is, but it basically acts as a strut/second contact point located where the seat would normally fold. It turned out to not be a big deal. I went to Home Depot and was able to get a thin aluminum piece which I cut to proper width, drilled the two main bolt holes (for left and right side), then did a mock-install to locate the secondary smaller holes, marked those, and drilled them out. There are a few holes that I need to align properly before finishing the install of the base, but the bottom half of the install is basically done. The last part is going to be a total pain. I'll have to crawl into the trunk and secure the back strut to the bottom and top portion. More pics to follow when it's finished, but so far I think it looks very clean. |

Pretty much wrapped up now. The rear strut was kind of a pain, especially lining up the holes where the screws go since I had to crawl into the trunk. Either way I'm very happy with the end result.
Fitting the bottom strut/bracket: I'll probably going to end up trimming the OEM piece to fit back in this spot. It would be cool to have a filler plate for it, but I think if the OEM piece is trimmed properly it'll look clean: Misc details: Finished: Also picked up a PSDesigns GTS style armrest delete: |

Just got full paint correction and ceramic reapplied (since I ruined the original ceramic coating) by Auto Envy (Fresno). Came out great --
Photos don't do it justice, looks brand new in person. |

It looks very pretty, and there appears to be a little bit of lower end torque, up high I can't tell. As far as the sound it's just slightly noticeable, unfortunately my x-pipe/exhaust drown out the intake sound. Quote:

That rear seat delete kit is fantastic. Best looking result I've seen for that mod.
