Probably been said many times but I want to send a shout out to James Clay and his gang for their uniformly excellent customer service. I have one of their high end suspension systems and for whatever reason (it's on my daily driver) I've had strut failure in front and then approx a year later a knocking noise from my rear shocks (they could have said, sorry it's been too long). Both failures evidently were highly unusual, no impacts, pot holes or other reasons for the failures, just a few track events per year and to and from work M-F).

Anyway, couple of weeks ago the rear shocks started making noise, (shock issue was confirmed by manufacturer) James got with the rep and in 2 weeks I had a brand new pair. I have and will continue to be a loyal customer as I couldn't ask for better service.

I've had quite the shock / strut saga with my JRZ shocks (three pairs needing replacement and no I'm not taking my car off-road). However, the customer service from Bryan at JRZ and particularly James at Bimmerworld has been outstanding. Will now be getting a brand new set (all 4 corners) of JRZ shocks and struts next model line up than what I have because of the issues I've had.

Very generous and great service and consistently good service over time. Customer for life.

Great bunch of guys who love cars and racing. Awesome customer service and they only sell you what you need, nothing more.
