Update to experience with Umnitza
For what it's worth - years later - I've reattached the emails between myself and Umnitza.
If you side with me or Umnitza, it doesn't matter - the emails tell most of the story (and provide proof) about my experience with Umnitza. Some people can rant about a company and really not have anything to back it up with. I could have handled the matter better but this issue shouldn't have happened in the first place. Umnitza made false claims about the publishing of the emails violating laws and that his lawyer was telling me to remove them. It was a load of crap. I've let Umnitza know that I'm posting the emails so they have a fair chance to reply to them as well. All personal information has been removed - what remains is public information regarding Umnitza and the conversations that we had via email (including pictures). As you'll see, the issues started on the 9th of January and the last email was sent by me on the 16th of September to which Umnitza never replied. More than 9 months of dealing with this company regarding poor quality parts, missing parts, and false advertising. All of this is to serve as a warning to customers considering Umnitza or any Matt Grintsaig owned company. I would never buy a product Umnitza sells. They are a horrible company to deal with if there are ANY problems. I've never been so insulted by a vendor before so in return i will never buy any of their products nor recommend them to anyone i know.
