The kit currently will pass the sniffer test but will not pass visual in California.

FYI, from what I understand, in CA, if you bought your car new, you won't have to smog it until its 6th year, then every 2 years after that.

When you sell it, regardless of age, it must be smogged.

So, if you bought it new, you have some time before you have to smog it.......just a thought.
