no not really. Someone wrote me a private message and we continued emailing. but i had a worriesome feeling and the spoiler seemed not oem, he claimed it is. but anyways i stopped the communication.

so i am still looking for an oem m performance spoiler for the e90

OP is talking about an E90 spoiler, which is different from E92, judging by your username and info under your name, it seems you have an E92. Hopefully I'm wrong and you do have an E90 NIB spoiler for him!
