255 35/30 F and 295 30 19 rear - what offset ?

Hey
I want to try some rep M359.
I want tires with 295 30 rear and Front Not more than 255 for Performance.
Would be better to take 255 35 or 255 30 with the 295 30 rears ?

And Second,
Wich offset would be better, the Avant Garde ET15 & ET23 rear or the new Ström m359 with the offset like the OEM's? (ET31 & ET25)

Tires will be michelin pss.
And im lowered on H&R springs.
Greetings

255/35 would be better for the front with that rear width. That's what I'll be running when I pick up my M. And in terms of offset I wouldn't run an ET15 without rub especially since your lowered. But maybe with the right camber setting you could pull it off

Thanks for your awnser.
So i will take 255 35.
In Future i will mount a KW V3 maybe ist better with that Specs.
So you would rather take the Ström wheels with OEM' offset and work with spacers ?

I agree that 255/35/19 is the best option as it's very close to the OE tire diameter. I would not recommend a 295 tire on a 10" wheel. I would rather have a 275/35/19 on a 10. 295 is better suited to a 10.5 or 11" wheel. Lastly, I would strongly consider buying the OE version over a replica.

Can you explain more why a 295 tire would not be recommended on a 10 inch tire? Aesthetic's? or just to wide for a 10 inch rim? TIA

A 10" wheel is the minimum rim width that is recommended for a 295 tire but it is not optimal. Optimal is a 10.5-11" rim width for a 295.

Also, a 255/35/19 might rub up front with an ET15 wheel. Its not the width but the height of the tire at or over 26" tall. The aggressive offset may cause a rub on the fender liner. Its hit or miss, some people on this board had rubbing with the AG 359s which have an ET18 for the 19x9 front wheel. While on OEM 359s no rubbing as it is a ET31mm. YMMV.
