Marks on inside wheel

Hi all. I have these marks equally spaced inside the wheel barrel at the inner side. I have seen these types of marks before on wheels. Does anyone know if its a result of some sort of repair or work?

It's from the tire mounting machine.

Thanks slicer! I suppose not all machines leave the marks..
