Not off the top of my head, I'd have to measure it.

Busy getting a stroker rebuild of my motor (bearing disaster). I was just wondering if its possible to run this kit on a 4.4l stroker (same as the gts), and would I need a different map than the one that comes with the kit from BPM?

I already have standby...unless a mike chimes in first. If possible I don't think I could resist.

Yes, it would be advised to retune w/ a stroker.

The Harrop Supercharger is awesome!!! I've had it for 7,000 km now and running perfectly.. Lots of low end torque. It's like I installed a 6.0 litre v8.. The quality and fitment is just premium class and nothing like it on the market.. You get what you pay for

Mike,
Do you have any word on a stage II/ higher output kit? I heard it mentioned a couple times in different threads but haven't heard anything official.

This is something that is planned to be offered in the future. More information will come as developmental phases complete.

I would find this kit more attractive if I knew it had upgrade potential. I am not a serious candidate for a kit at this time otherwise I would push harder for information about it. Heck, I need to just get my basics addressed. I am still interested in seeing it perform along side other kits. I do understand Harrop Kit offers much more torque in the usable DD mode so to me, it doesn't have to outperform comparable kits.

The Stage II upgrade will likely consist of a different pulley and tune.

It would be great if the stage II had comparable boost to the higher level ESS and AA kits. The area under the curve would be impressive. The TVS1740 is good for 685+ whp in the C7 Z06. Let's see it unleashed!

If you get the opportunity, have a drive of an e92 M3 with a Harrop SC.. You may not want an upgrade

I would love to have that opportunity. I am in NJ and I only know of two people in the US that have one. The only SC M3 I have experienced ran an Evolve Unit (I think it was WayneM3 who gave me a ride).

At the time I recalled cutting it short after a pull or two because I did not feel safe due to the acceleration. I accurately recall the acceleration along with the exhaust and intake noise had "unexpectedly" overwhelmed my senses. Through the pull I first thought it was ridiculously quick and then I realized the demonstration was not over so I had tightened my grip on the door rest and that is when the fear kicked in (I figured out is was the SC + DCT combo). I am a 6MT guy and so I had expected a quick moment where my body would get a break between shifts but that never happened because the car just kept pulling.

With the above said, I think more torque in the 6MT would provide even more of a slam in chest. But a SC + DCT is quite a scary experience, I guess any SC + DCT would be that way and with more torque too ... some day.

You making me recall that one experience reminded me of why I haven't sought out this experience again. Simple. The experience will make getting one my focus and I won't be happy with my stock car until I got one. I am not ready to be unhappy with it. I don't have the extra money because the suspension is shot.
