So my mate with a E92 M3 got the dreaded 2B15 error code (Actuator). Code was obtained using Carista.
Just to make sure he booked it in to a local BMW dealership (BMW, Maidenhead, UK, for those who wish to avoid them) to have them read the codes. I went along, and sat around for a couple of hours even though it was pre-booked. Guy confirms its the actuator, but won't give a print out or sight of the print out, even though they charged £100! My mate was not happy, so in a full waiting room he lets them know how a £15 app gave him the exact same information, and only took 5min... customer service rep was not happy! |
