The time has come to sell my m3 which I thought I would be keeping forever. It took me a long time to find this spec and it's killing me to have to list my baby, but since I am house shopping clearing the debt is the first step.
(I have a lien on the car)

I purchased this m3 from a retired Air Force guy that's previously owned m3s. He had a binder full of service records and I have them scanned in for any serious buyer.

Wow! This won't last long on the boards - if you want it buy it fast.

Two questions:
Were front plate holes drilled?
How much winter driving did this car see?

I truly love this spec and it took me over a year and a half to find it. I was originally looking for one without a sunroof, but after searching for so long when I saw this pop up I got a PPI took a flight and drove it back 8 hours.

No front license plate holes, and this car wasn't driven in winters by the original owner and I only drive it when the roads are clear of salt and snow. I have a Chevrolet Tahoe work truck for day to day.

This car is not a garage queen, there are some scratches here and there and some scuffs on the rear bumper all done by the previous owner. When I get a chance to pull it out of the parking garage I will take a ton of photos and post them.

Have a PPI done and get it shipped... the cost is much more reasonable than you might expect. Nice E90s are hard to come by these days it seems.

I just had one shipped from Washington to Georgia... but luckily had a local M3 owner check it out for me.... worth considering similar options if possible.

I searched off and on for about three years before I got the spec I was after. Put a deposit on it the day it was listed and picked it up and drove it home the next day. Wife and I drove 6 hours up, did the deal, grabbed lunch, and drove separately 6 hours back.

I think it's typical for the ones that you really want. There were a very limited number of these ever made. It's not like you're searching for a Camry with a dozen in each car lot. If it's what you want, you gotta chase it.

Hell I drove to Cincinnati to pick up a cherry Jeep Cherokee in a tough spec. According to KBB, I probably spent more just in travel expenses than the Jeep was worth

I know! I was looking for one that was slicktop for the longest time. I eventually gave up when I saw this one pop up. It was a single owner with maintenance records. I had a ppi done everything came back great so I flew in and bought the car.

Original rod bearings and throttle actuators, the rear bumper has scuffs, the driver door card has wear, the center console has minor wear, and the passenger front wheel has some curb rash.

I am completely transparent and will provide up close high res photos if anyone is serious. I do have two potential buyers right now, but they are still 1-1.5k off from my asking.
