My trip to BMW Performance Driving School in SC
After purchasing my M5 two years ago, I finally took advantage of the Performance Driving School offer that came with the car. My father flew down to SC from NY while I flew out from CA and we had a blast. This was during Fall last year, I'm just getting around to uploading the pictures and video.
http://www.dcturanoinc.com/mschool.mpg Arriving at the beautiful Delivery Center: All lined up and ready to go. We drove M5's, M6's, and DCT M3's. My father drifting in an M5: |

The straightaway course in the M5 was a lot of fun. You really get to mash on the brakes there. |

It's a blast. If you're a car enthusiast, especially an M enthusiast, it's a great experience. It'll make you fall in love with your M again.

I got a offer when I bought my M3 for the school. I thought we had to redeem it within a year of buying the car? Do you know if that is the case? I see you stated that you waited 2 years. I hope I can still get the free performance school now that it's been over a year. Any information you can provide I would appreciate. Thanks.

Great post, brother! I changed my delivery option for the car to the school and I'll be able to put some of the initial gentle break-in miles on the way back to VA!
