In many states you lose the right-of-way if you are speeding. If the Lambo was actually speeding is another question.

The black car did not stop before turning left, but the Lambo was definitely speeding which presumably fooled the driver of the black car into thinking he had time to turn.

Don't know if there's anyway for them to actually prove how fast the Lambo was going. The black car did not yield to the oncoming car and hit them towards the front, which means they actually turned into the Lambo. Another reason the Lambo "looked" like it was going fast is the black car was stopping to actually make the turn.
Then again, it did look like it was going fast.

That being said, it looks like the Lambo is designed to lose the engine cradle in a crash to help reduce injuries to the passengers. Very similar to what F1 cars do.

Although the lambo isn't at fault, this is why you don't speed on public street, you never know what the other idoit is going to do. Speeding only handicaps reaction time, personally I rather spend my day driving instead of going through paper work with insurance
