where can I rent M3 in L.A?

hey fellows!

I am going to L.A next week. Where has the best rates/mileage E92 M3 for rent in L.A? I will be doing some long trips to S.F, Portland, or even Canada. This is probably not a good idea.

Could I buy a used M3 and sell it in a month? will this depreciate much? if I add like 3k miles on a 2008 DCT M3 for 55k?


Also I have been looking online on the new 2010/11 M3 they are like 73k. What is the real actual close deal price? Like a E90 M3 DCT fully loaded???

Is there a requirement that you need to be driving a BMW M3 while you are here? Maybe this is a personal requirement?

Beverly Hills Rentals and Midway Car Rentals. Both rent out M3s, as far as I am aware. It won't be cheap, but if you're willing to downgrade a bit, they have good deals. I rented a 328i from Midway for $100/day a year ago (with some friends).

+1 for Midway Car Rental. I used to rent from their West LA location when my out of warranty e46M was in the shop. They once offered to rent me a E60 M5 for $150/day! Must've been a slow day for them. I took the MB C350 for $55/day instead.
