To OP no one here is ranking on your ability to afford an M3. You asked for advise and everyone here is giving it to you. Unfortunately you are upset because you don't like what you are getting as a response. The mature and RESPONSIBLE thing to do would be to buy lower priced car, and put all that extra money you are making into PAYING OFF debt. I can almost promise you that BMWFS will NOT approve your sister for another TWO leases unless she is making some serious money ie: >250-300k/yr. They dont care why you have poor credit, regardless of the economy, what they DO care about is your ability to pay off that loan they are granting you for a lease.
Unfortunately the right answer to you question is one that you DONT want to hear, but hey thats life. We sometimes we cant have everything we want, when we want it.

Dad has 3 leases leases under his name.

My Sis's 09' 650i
My Mom's 11' X5
and a 2011 Rav4.(Beater)

If you all had to default and couldn't pay then, I don't see things changing. Why ruin your sisters credit?

From my understanding, they defaulted by choice due to the debt not being worth paying off (something that is actually financially smart... ethnically 'wrong'... but depending on his exactly situation, smart [you can refer to my 1.4mi vs 700k example if you want)
