Very good condition, no mod M3. Car has 48,500 miles with a production date of February 2011 and in-service date of April 2011. Car had oil change and brake fluid flush in April 2015 (during its last service visit under warranty). Rear tires have less than 500 miles on them and front tires are matching and are about a year old and have plenty of tread on them.

Car has no issues and is very clean. The Carfax was clean when I purchased car last year from BMW dealer and there have been no incidents since. More pictures available upon request.
