Dude, you can do it where ever you want. Ive done it at a stop light several times. You dont have to pull a qtr mile to 122mph or anything. You just stop when you want to. as soon as you come off the gas its over.

I have done it several times, and each time its amazing. Ive made passengers laugh out loud for minutes after!
