E92 M3 Problems (UK England)

Dear all

I have an M3 that over the last 2.5 years has been in the garage about 8 times with various problems...

General Transmission failure
Restraing systems failure
Engine Malfuction (3 Times)
Differential Oil problem
Fuses blown

The car has full BMW service and the warranty runs out in July. Right now its at the dealers being fixed again

The thought of these problems occuring outside warranty scares the hell out of me.

Anyone have any thoughts, experiences or advice here?
