I don't think you know what it's like to make $400k/yr. Even with a 100% bonus it'd be a stretch.

You could maybe technically make it work, but I seriously doubt anyone making less than $1m/yr has a collection like this.

No chance you could do it on $1M. It takes $500k pretax to buy a $250k car. That doesn't leave a lot for the lifestyle that accompanies this collection.

If its in Hong Kong you are going to need to damn sure you are making more than $1M/YR to afford these kinda cars and parking spaces. A single parking space alone in HK is a price of a new car in the US.

I think it's pretty clear what is going on here - "hire me, I'm rich - I'll make you rich too!" someone should contact one of his managers at Greenhill and ask whether his gratuitous, public display of wealth is legitimate, and, if so, whether they'd be willing to consider greater rate flexibility for any future projects . . .
