In search of NEW M Performance E90 Rear Spoiler

I know chances are really, really slim but I just wanted to ask if anyone would happen to be able to source the discontinued E90 M Performance rear spoiler (p/n 51712147114).

NEW is strongly preferred, but a clean used one would also work for me. Willing to pay $700 for a new one. I'm located in Los Angeles, let me know if you have any leads. Thanks guys!

*So about my post count and reply count, that was due to me surfing the forum all the time and not posting haha. Please don't be scared.*

It took me a few days to realize but I got scammed. Sigh. I tried to be as cautious as possible but I still fell for it when the person showed me a FedEx shipping label created with my correct info on it.

Some other forum members have also been recently scammed as well. Here's the username: JoseeBMW https://www.m3post.com/forums/member.php?u=659121.

Don't know if there's a way for the admin to ban this (these) profiles. I've already filed a complaint form to the FBI, and to the Bank/account(s) that the person might be associated with. Beware everyone!

Please define cautious as possible.

It's either you paid Paypal goods and services = cautious
OR
ANY other method = not cautious

If you did any other method you may have recourse thru your CC company.

I inquired about the available payment methods and requested the person to provide a written agreement if not going through PayPal Goods and Service, the person claimed to not have a PayPal account, so it goes to Zelle instead. I know I'm too soft in that regard, should have insisted PayPal Goods and Service (protected) or no purchase.

I have filed a scam case and claim through my bank though. Learned a lesson. I'm not sure if I can disclose full email information of the person, but the Zelle username is under
"Christopher", ru***e**se@yahoo.com / su**t*e*a**r6@gmail.com

Wow, I've been there, got burned the same way when I was looking for E90 carbon leather interior trim, eventually found a complete set but the scam made it $300 more expensive.

Zelle nor my bank were able to do anything for me, which in my opinion is another scam by the banks that own the service. BS if you ask me. Curious to here what/if the FBI will have anything to say.

It sucks but I was shocked to see you found a set so easily just like Melbourn3 up there was. I have been scanning this forum for the last 18 months, twice a day waiting for one of these fucking wings to pop up along with a set of the OEM mirror covers, which I just missed.

I appreciate all your input and support. I was honestly beyond surprised to hear when one is immediately available the following morning. Too good to be true! Definitely learned a lot from this experience.
