Hi guys

I'm fairly aware this might be one of hundreds of WTB posts, especially in today's market, though figured I'd do my due diligence of posting here. Budget of 50k. Probably also not the right place but I'm open to any F87's as well. Came from an F80 and got bored, sold it after 10 months. Currently have two E46's M3's.

A little background if it matters. I'm looking to build a dedicated track car and for this reason I am on the hunt for a blank canvas for a new build, preferably an E9X. I don't need a garage queen but I sure do like them. I am pretty torn on converting my current E46 M3 DD into a dedicated track car, and I also have an LSB as well that just sits, but not really sure I want to tear into that either or if I just want to sell it.

Anyways, I'm looking for the following:

Either an E90/E92, 6MT or DCT, does not matter.
RB/TAs done. If not, not entirely a dealbreaker.
< 90k miles
CF roof
Clean title

Bonus:
Jet Black
Resides on the West Coast.
Slicktop and E90
Cage work

I'm not picky. Show me what you have. I'd prefer a West Coast car but I am all-ears for pretty much any example.
