Would these be considered an upgrade over the OEM shocks ie. are they claiming that these are superior in their damping characteristics etc or are they being marketed simply as a replacement when OEM shocks wear out?
I have been considering upgrading to coilovers as my driving is 90:10 street/track, although I am not looking to lower my car. I wonder whether I should consider these as an option? |

Just matched them up with a 08/EDC car and everything lines up.

I'm wondering how they'll be priced if they're an OEM replacement.
Monotube design has potential to be better.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
