Ideas - Where best to buy Ohlin Coilovers
Where would you guys recommend going to buy Ohlin Coilovers? They're expensive so I'm trying to get best price along with good service should I need it.
Thanks! |

Before you commit to Ohlins, find someone in your area running on Sachs Performance. I had Bilstein B6 edc and Dinan springs on an e90 before making the change last year. They are height and dampening adjustable. The owner of the shop that did the install had a set of two year old Ohlins on his e92. After driving my car with the Sachs he switched immediately. FCP has them on sale now for $1900 with their lifetime warranty. If you were in my area I’d let you drive my car. You’d forget about the Ohlins real quick.

If FCP has them and it's part of their warranty program, that's a decent route to go. Ohlins will need rebuilding eventually so this could minimize downtime if that's an issue

I'll have a set of R&T's up for sale by the weekend. Just bought them off of here but have changed my mind in terms of the car's direction. PM me interested and I can fill you in.

I bought mine a few years ago from a very reputable LA area distributor, he drop shipped them directly from Ohlins acting like I was a distributor for a very good price. I didn't even pay sales tax for an in state purchase. PM if you want his name and number, I might be able to dig it up.
