Yeah the Akra is, but the construction is superior to every exhaust on the market. I am dead serious here. It was welded by angels and the weld beads are like art.

I am a huge Ti fan for bikes so it take a lot of work to weld Ti properly, needs to be back purged and then also purged while welding. On top of that it needs to be almost strerilized prior to ensure the welds hold.

It is alot of labour. The Akra is worth the money. Better said, is why is the Eisenmann so much, it is nothing special construction wise.

If I did it again I'd get the Akra.

I miss top-down & spirited driving... i just got some more mods done to her, and cant even enjoy them... wheel spin on Hwy 216 in 4th gear at 70 mph is not good
or being sand-blasted by every other car

Make sure you guys consider the two-day Alberta Advanced Driving School's spring school...see separate thread in this section.

Hope to see some of you there in May.

I registerd for the school. I hope to try out my P car and leave the M in the parking lot. Are you going to the school in the spring?

Define new? Three years for me, and two as an AADS instructor. See you then.

New to Forum

Just found this forum researching exhausts - Add one more Edmonton M3 to the list. +3C today reminds me why I love this car so much.

Karmac, ask for Theo 780 484-9999. He did all of my mod installs, including my Eisenmann Race.

hey guys,
i went to CCMR in Spruce Grove yesterday... i went in for a dyno run to see if my headers did any good (+15whp by the way, 270 whp out of my 3.8L V6) but that's besides my point right now...
if some of you are into restoring old muscle cars, Chris (the owner and only employee) does some pretty incredible work. He had a brown '68 Stang there, on which he did everything from body work to engine to interior, including custom leather seats to match the exterior paint job... He also had a '66 Shelby convertible, same thing, custom body work including front spoiler / bumper, custom interior... I have seen similar cars in person and on TV before, but it was a special treat for me to talk to the guy who can actually DO all that... no such thing as sending the seats to the upholstery place, or body parts to the body shop, the guy does it all... i was really impressed and wish i had $ 150k laying around right now
and if you have a Ford / Dodge / Chevy in your garage, he also does dyno-tuning on these... he has a mobile Dynojet sitting in his shop right now, and in the summer he goes around car shows and offers well-priced dyno runs...
i know i know, it's not directly M3 related, but a dyno is a dyno, and great workmanship deserves to be known !

Props to Chris !

Wow... really quiet it in here over winter.

Anyone want OEM PS2 265/40/18 rears? There's about 3-4/32" of tread left. Nothing worth selling but if you just need something to burn off, they're FREE!!!

Also if anyone is interested in any of my items for sale, *Special Pricing* for local members. I really just need to clean up the garage. PM me if you want anything.
