e46 m3 csl
Guys, i have a e90 m3 with dct, and used to have a 46normal m3 smg,
i sold the e46 4yrs ago, and had the e90 for 2yrs now, Honestly i miss the e46 so much, especially the SMG gearbox, it feels like E-gear. with the "BANG" when u shift. I mean the DCT is just too smooth, i have manage to find a E46 CSL 2004with only 10K miles on it, a real perfect car. for a reasonable price Test drove it as well, mint condition!!! I am thinking of collecting the car as a collection of E46, as i started playing/modding cars at E46, Anyone got any comment on that? (it will be my 3rd car for collection/ and rarely track) not DD |

Buy the CSL and keep it stock. Will be worth more in the future if you leave it alone.
CSL is hot!!

it is grey,
Yeah, if i am going to buy it, i will only put BBK on, and RE11, but do u guys think it is a nice car to collect? or should i save it for something else. another concern is the maintenance, my old M3 just keep giving me problems, i fixed it for million times and spend lots on it for the ownership of 3 years. has anyone here got a CSL that could feedback me???? Many thx |

Edit: As for a collector car, I think it is a very special M3. In terms of other special M3's, a Euro model E36 with larger displacement of which I believe only 240 were made would also be a special E36 to own, but nothing like the CSL. I believe that it would fetch top dollar in the future once it becomes a classic, to which it already is in some circles.

I've got a E46 M3 and my father has got a CSL. The difference is that the M3 is a race horse but the CSL is a thoroughbred. It just eggs you on to drive it that much harder than the M3.
As everyone else says, leave it standard, they are a true collectors car. Oh, and get a black one too |
