Well this case happens if you haven't got laid since forever. If you're dating and going out and having sex, period, you wouldn't be in the situation you posted above.

Men: no we can't be friends because we're friends with them so we can try to hook up with them.

Ok, here's how I see it. I have female friends that I only see as friends. Those girls are girlfriends of my friends, close family friends and there are a few that I am not attracted to because of personality or lack of attractiveness, etc. But, if you're talking about the girl that I've been talking to for the past month and she "just wants to be friends," a true friendship will never develop. I prefer not to put myself in a situation where every time I hang out with that girl, I'm thinking "what if..."

The minute a girl says she's friends with you, you've been friend zoned for life. Getting out of the friend zone is nearly impossible. Hence why guys can't be friends with girls.

If you're portraying yourself as a friend to get into a girl's pants, than A) you suck at communication, and B) you're not a good friend.

I'm friends with plenty of girls who I haven't and wouldn't sleep with. Not that I wouldn't, but they're friends. Once they cross a point into being a friend, I'm only interested in HER friends.

What is the deal with going out with a girl who "just wants to be friends" yet they still want you to pay for everything and open doors and crap just as if you are dating? Im not gonna ask you to pay but you know that if you dont offer then I will just take care of it. Not cool. Its not really even about the money though. Its just trying to have your cake and eat it too. If that was a guy friend I would be like "who do you think you are! Im not paying for you fool. You better wip out that wallet."

Ehh.. if too unattractive, she wouldn't even be considered for friendship as one would think it wouldn't even be worth it.

If mildly unattractive, given enough time together, your balls will brainwash you to think that her other traits are at least somewhat attractive.
