Just wanted to check in again on this thread, I had a chance to do some spirited back road driving on an epic road now that the tires are broken in. WOW, i love the square 19x10 ZCP wheel and 275/30/19 tire setup! The front has loads of grip turning in, didnt feel any of the understeer i felt with the OEM tire sizes. With the OEM tires setup long sweeper turns became sketchy if i tried to maintain speed mid turn, that is completely gone! I never intended to track the e90m3 because it just felt too big and unsettled with stock ZCP suspension, but with the square tire setup i am itching to push the car harder, which means taking it to the track!

Kind of a specific request, but any E90 ZCPs with 255/35 and 275/35 with either 10/5 or 12/10 spacers?
I've seen this setup on coupes, but not sedans, or something else is always different - not ZCP suspension, 275/30s, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations for refinishing the zcp wheels? I have zero curb rashes but a lot of imperfections from baked on brake dust. I want to refinish them so they shine like the first day but I'm worried I won't get the exact same color and shine the oem wheels come with?

What do you guys think my best bet is?

i have gone thru the drama of wheel shops that cant fulfill their promises. My advise is find a shop that somebody has already used. if you have a good body shop that you use, ask them for reference, as body shops only use wheel repair guys who can match OE.

I recently refinished a set of 359M wheels, and a shop tried 2x to match and failed epically. I ended up using my regular shop that i use at my body shop, and they had to chemical strip the wheels to get all the shitty paint off, and then refinish. they did a PERFECT job, and it cost me $$$.

This is exactly what I do NOT want to happen.. a shop promising me one thing and then I receive a wheel that is nothing like I wanted. That's why I'm extremely hesitant.. maybe I should try selling my wheels as is and purchasing a brand new set.. lol

If you were local i would refer you to my guys, they really did an awesome job fixing first shops fuckup.

now for what i paid to have it done 2x, i could have bought a new pair of rear wheels ( bought and refinished a whole set just to use the rears...).
