Low rpms when driving

Hey everyone I have a question about my e92 m3 when I drive it in auto it seems it only likes to shift near 3500-4k rpm same has Manuel mode I even put it on s5 and it still only seems to like 3k rpm I can still max it out when in neutral so I don’t think it’s in limp mode but if anyone can explain this that’ll be appreciated only my CEL is on because of deleted cats and that’s the only codes that pop up when I scan.

Under wha throttle input is it behaving like this? Under mild throttle, it may not hold the RPMs as high, even in the higher transmission setting. However, if you’re romping on it, it will likely carry the RPMs higher regardless of what transmission setting.

adaptation resets usually solve drivability issues. the DCT handles shift based on torque value.
