Austin TX Local Coding Options?

Hi all,

Following a crash at COTA I've replaced the OE EDC suspension with ohlins, a new headlight and module, the driver airbag & both seatbelt buckles were replaced, and a put a new battery in.

Does anyone in Austin have the ability to code out those faults and sync the new modules/battery with the car?
