I watched a similar video a little more than 4 years ago and it is when I decided I needed an S65 in my life, don't remember your engine from that one but maybe it was the first stroker? How recent was this? Which engine was this with, the warranty replacement? That is the one that lasted 2 seasons of abuse?

Off topic, sorrry but were you able to get lap data to display on the steering wheel?

this is the stroker, just in the E90 track car. That engine has been transplanted into the blue car now that's a garage queen and the E90 has been returned to stock as a street car.
The video you watched is probably the one hosted on Gabe's channel, but it's the same video.

To get lap data on the steering wheel you need the transponder BMW sells that you need to put somewhere trackside. We use the SoloDL instead, and the steering wheel is basically for the shift lights
