I have the car on my profile, with details and pics, I also have 100 more pics available of the entire build for anyone who's interested or serious. Why is there always ONE guy who has something negative to say? Ya i only have 2 posts, once upon a time you only had 2 posts as well. We all have to start somewhere, and you remind me why i never use forums. If you don't have any interest in the car, don't look, if you don't have anything positive to say, don't say anything. I have $43k in receipts for a car i paid $73k for with only 23k miles on it. So yes, $75k is a fair price i feel being that my dealer is willing to give $63k on trade and doesnt pay for add-ons. asking for $12k extra for $43k worth of work less then 2 years later isn't anything absurd. DBAA your whole life.

Yes, I'm asking $75000 for the car. I have all the build sheets for performance and exterior mods done by SCR Performance in Loveland, CO, window sticker with factory options, and all dyno and service records. The car has 23,000 miles on it. Thanks

You're not off base on the evaluation. But with the next gen right around the corner 75K on a used car is quite high, regardless of mods. As an ex auto broker I would recommend you part out the car and sell it in stock form where you will net much higher profits than you will as is. Plus your warranty will make it a selling point that you can't advertise right now. GLWS bud! PM me if I can help in any way

Good information, and much appreciated!!! I'm sure I'm priced a little high probably because I don't really want to get rid of it haha, but with a growing family its a little snug in the back seat for the kids. Thanks again.

You won't get close to your asking price. I tried selling my E92 that had more money into it then you do yours. Start the part out if you really want to sell my man. Good luck.

$75k is far from realistic unfortunately.

If it was a little less pricy I'd be very interested, but will ask a question bout it. Is the meth tank needed for the charge cooling? I had a supercharged 67 camaro and had the tank and it was a pain to use. We run 91 fuel here with splashes of 100 here and there, but if the tank was ditched would the boost have to be dialed down? Beautiful car. If the price was less I would try and make an offer.

lol Good luck on the $75k. Its clean and well modded, but mods don't get paid for when you sell a car. Part it out and sell it.

Hey thanks for the question, You can simply open the glove box where the brain box is at for the system and turn it off, then drain the tank. It is set to come on at 4500 rpm when you start making boost. All the wiring and pump is hidden under the trunk floor mat and in the rear of the car so taking it out is very simple if you choose. Ive only had one issue with the system and it was right after installation and we had a bad fitting that was dripping, since then, flawless...To answer your second question, no you do not need to reduce the boost. The car is set up to run 7-8 pounds of boost at sea level. I have run it with and without meth inject and the car runs so strong you really can't notice a difference unless its on a dyno and your knit picking hp and torque curves. I also usually just use windshield washer fluid for convenience which is 35% methanol anyway. I'm at 4800 ft elevation and its high desert so 100 degree days in the summer are normal and best you can find is 91octane, I've used some 100 unleaded before and man the car comes to life!!! unfortunately finding high octane unleaded fuel is difficult where i'm at. My main reason for the system was to prevent spark knock with the elevation/heat/octane combo i face in Colorado. M3 spark knock will only be prevented with a good condition spark plug, change them every 5000 miles if you can, they are $50-$75 a piece. NGK R2558A-9........PM me on pricing when you can, I'm very flexible and reasonable and I can send any additional build pics, window sticker, receipts, etc. This car was built by SCR Performance in Loveland CO, they are well known in the area for their racing team and performance builds, truly great guys to work with. Here's a fun video of the car when it had the VF620 kit before i upgraded to the VF650 and changed wheels and added Diffusers and some small stuff. Keep in mind we lose 3-4% of our power for every 1000 ft of elevation in Colorado and this video was at about 5000 ft. I ran the car at the strip one night last may and I'm NOT a track driver, only went once and that was the first time. Stock tires at the time, pump gas, terrible launches(my 60ft times were embarrassing because I suck) and i ran a 12.2 125mph at 4800 ft elevation and that was the VF620 kit. The car will do 200mph....Ive had it to 185 and pulling and have a video to prove it as well. Hit me up, thanks

I also gotta say, This is a post on a car for sale....Not sure how it came to be a bash session on what I'm asking for it. If you don't like the price or aren't in the market for an e92 or don't have any positive advice on tips for selling it, like parting it out, or offering help like some have then why say something rude just to be a Richard....I posted the car on here and became a member to show off my car and look at some of the beautiful cars other members have built. I only posted it for sale to see what kind of interest and advice people with similar cars would have. I wasn't holding much hope on selling a car where 90% of the people here already own one haha....I agree parting it out would be way to re-coup some money, but i have two problems with that... IF i were someone who worked on his own car and had tools to do so thats an idea. But by the time i pay my shop $1000's of dollars in labor to take it apart and put back to stock, I'm still not really any better off.

My second problem is this "I'll take Business Ethics for $800 Alex"....Taking a car and putting it back to stock is fine when it comes to wheels, snap on carbon pieces, etc....But i do not agree nor respect anyone who would think its ok to take a supercharger off of a motor or brakes off a car, and put it back to stock and then mislead a dealer or buyer into thinking its never been taken apart and can be re-certified or retains warranty. Not only is this unethical but its a good way to get yourself in a legal battle with the dealer you traded to or the customer you defrauded. Because you can bet, that if the motor blew up, or the brakes failed and you were expecting warranty, or the dealer later sees that the Vin-Locked ECU has been re-flashed and tampered with, they WILL come after you. My family is in a related business and we take people to court all the time for this kind of stuff, and we have never lost. I would rather sell the car like i built it to a buyer who appreciates quality work and is willing to pay for it, then to mislead or defraud anyone for a few extra bucks. Just my stance, not looking to start an argument.
