Bosch AGM battery to replace OEM?

Looking to replace the OEM battery on my 2011 M3, thinking about going with Bosch S6 AGM. (About $200 from Amazon)

Looks like there are three options that are suppose to be compatible with the E92.

S6585B, Size 48
S6587B, Size 94R
S6588B, Size 49

Are these good options for battery replacement? Any other brand that you would recommend over these?

The Bosch should be fine.

You need the group 94R size.

I have the Bosch battery in my M3. Check the local part stores in your area as they routinely have discounts and Bosch routinely has rebates on its site. I paid much less than $200 at Pep Boys for mine (after discounts and rebate).

Sounds about right. I'd have to check and frankly, that would involve getting up off the couch which sounds like a lot of work... Blue top iirc.

Im about to pull the trigger on the Bosch S6587B - which is the 94R size model. Is this a direct(same capacity) replacement for the OEM?

Im looking to drop it in and a simple registration on rheingold..I rather not code for different capacity batt.

I am running one and did not recode. It’s very close to stock spec. Just register or at least clear adaption.

Exact size depends on options, go check your battery to make sure.
