Tax Returns! What mods are you buying?

The title says it all: with tax returns in the near future, I can only assume each and every one of you will be spending a portion on your ///M, if so, what mods do you have in mind?

Still debating between ONEighty headlights, LCI tails, or Coby wheel/alcantara interior bits.

Do interior.. you'll get more pleasure out of it everyday than exterior lighting.. I'll be using mine to "return" some money to the credit card companies after a couple of heavy modding months..

I had the same thought. My first round of cosmetic mods (after maintenance, then performance) was all interior -- custom floor mats, performance CF trim and CF center console, billet pedals, LED lighting, red M/start button etc. The interior is just about where I want it except for the steering wheel/dct boots.

Exterior only has the CF lip spoiler, CF emblems, and Lux angel eyes. Needs some lovin'

People should be looking at the after tax income total year over year... a VAST majority of Americans pay LESS in total taxes. The reason tax returns are lower, is because exemptions are linked to a larger standard deduction.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, should ever be happy with giving the government an interest free loan over 12 months only to get the money you earned back after year end. Enjoy the larger paychecks (for most) and enjoy more mods throughout the entire year!

^This

People getting more on their paychecks now and didn't change their deductions/withholding to compensate and for the first time in years owe money.

Same here! It will be the first time to owe as well. I wont lie, I liked it when I used to get tax return in past years and put smile on my face until I spend it on unnecessary items

Lucky to have an overall return of just a hundred bucks. Owed several thousand last year. I'm just glad I didn't get hit with AMT this year.

Yeah, lol. I owe most years. It looks like I'll owe more than usual (I'm in a "fucked by the Trump tax cuts" area), but it'll be hard to sort out the noise before October.
